Return Policy

At Ruh Essentials, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make the return process simple and easy. 

Returns:

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at contactus@ruhessentials.com with your order number, order date and shipping address. We'd love to get your feedback. Please let us know what could we have done better for you to not return the product.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where you received the wrong product.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item for a refund and place a new order.
